We can accept photos in several formats (.jpeg, .png, .bmp). Do not worry about the file size, the larger, the better it will be. A large photo will allow our artists to better see the details and intricacies needed to create a portrait or custom art. If you send us an inferior quality photo, it will be difficult for our painters to produce a high-quality painting for you. A digital photo of resolution 1024 x 768 or higher will be acceptable.

  19. Will the order be in the size format as pictured?

Yes, for most artwork, but we sometimes need to crop the photo you see slightly so the canvas ordered will fit into one of our standard canvas sizes. This may entail widening or shortening the photo slightly, the result is a minor visual change. The reason for this is because some artwork falls between two canvas sizes, it can be done, either way, we pick the best canvas size closest to the original.
